13.02 Discrimination, Harassment & Sexual Misconduct

Purpose: The University (referred to as "University" or "UNI") is committed to providing a workplace and educational environment, as well as other benefits, programs, and activities, that are free from discrimination and harassment based on a protected class, as well as retaliation. 

Process A (PDF) – for cases of sexual harassment that meet the federal Title IX definitions.

Process B (PDF) – for all other cases of discrimination and harassment of all kinds, including sexual misconduct cases that are not covered in Process A.

13.01 Affirmative Action Policy

Purpose: To provide guidelines regarding affirmative action applicable to the entire university.

Purpose: To provide guidelines regarding equal opportunity and non-discrimination at the university in compliance with applicable federal and state non-discrimination and affirmative action laws and regulations.

13.15 Accommodations of Disabilities

Purpose: To provide guidelines regarding the university's compliance with the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act of 2008 (ADAAA), and other applicable federal and state laws and regulations.


13.19 Retaliation & Misconduct Reporting Policy

Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to provide a mechanism for individuals to report good faith concerns about improper, illegal or unethical conduct without retaliation.
