The Office of Compliance and Equity Management oversees a number of policies related to the work of
ensuring equity on the UNI campus.

13.02  Discrimination, Harassment and Sexual Misconduct

Process A – for cases of sexual harassment that meet the federal Title IX definitions.

Process B – for all other cases of discrimination and harassment of all kinds, including sexual
misconduct cases that are not covered in Process A.
